The Process
1. Discuss & Quote Project
Upon contacting us, we will work with you to determine the best gear and design for your project. Send us any artwork, mockups, and garment specifications you already have, and we will review your needs to provide an accurate quote.
2. Design Artwork
After your order is placed, we will promptly design artwork or digitize your art. A digital proof will be provided for approval. This process gives clients a clear preview of their design before production begins, allowing time for feedback and refinements.

3. Gear Production
Upon approval of your proof, we immediately begin setting up your design as final production artwork. Each detail—artwork, color accuracy, and placement—is carefully reviewed to ensure high quality output. From start to finish, our average turnaround time is 5 business days.
4. Quality Control
Before any items get packed up, we perform a final inspection to confirm the design and gear look great. This review ensures each design is correctly positioned on gear within the specified dimensions. This comprehensive quality check guarantees that every product meets our high standards prior to leaving the studio.

5. Gear Pickup
We label each box based on size and the quantity enclosed. Gear pickup is at our storefront in Bellingham for most orders, and we will contact you with a convenient pick up schedule.
